Why I Want to Be a Superior Court Judge

Crime has a long-lasting and devastating effect upon the citizens of Los Angeles County. Whether it is a parent who lost a loved one to gang violence or an individual who is afraid to travel because areas have been saturated by criminal activity, crime can hinder the citizens of Los Angeles County from enjoying their daily lives. I am running for the position of Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge because I want to participate in a system that ensures justice is served in the county in which I was raised.

I have already had the rewarding opportunity in courts of law to make certain that truth was at the forefront, and that victims and family members of victims were made whole to the extent that the criminal justice system allowed. I want to serve Los Angeles County as a Superior Court Judge to assure that all parties receive a fair and equal opportunity to be heard and to guarantee that justice prevails.
